My Pathetic Totals

My experience with the 2012 reading project has been bittersweet. Bitter, because I didn't read as much as I usually do, and this is my last shot with the project. Sweet, because despite my very hands-off approach this year, students still read. I let you know that I knew you could do it, and you did it! See, reading wasn't that hard.

My future with books is kind of up in the air. I think I'll still read 20+ books a year after being done with teaching  English. I was a reader (for a short time) before I started teaching English, but the skills I've gained in teaching others how to be a better reader has definitely made me a better reader. Funny how that works.

My accomplishments: I read 5 books, and started but didn't finish about 5 others. These are the 5 I finished:
