(Computer Applications) Logic & Computer Problems (March 6, 2014)

Logic is very important to solving almost any computer problem. When I face a computer problem, I follow these 3 steps.

1. Identify all the possible sources of the problem.
2. Start with the most likely source, and try to eliminate that cause.
3. Once you identify the problem, google a solution from a different computer

In 10 minutes, we'll then have a class discussion on how to break down 3-4 basic computer problems using the steps provided above. Prepare for the discussion by reading over the articles below and how to use logic to detect the problem/solution.
