(Graphic Design) T-Shirt Contest (April 17-25, 2014)

Design at least three tshirt graphics.

1. To commemorate the Graphic Design Class of the Spring Semester 13
2. A shirt that would appeal to a specific school audience
3. Tshirt on any topic of your choice.

*The tshirts must use less than 4 colors (tips for counting colors), and not break any school dress codes or be inappropriate in nature.

Your finished tshirt should consist of Vector Art. We will vote on tshirt type #1 next Tuesday. You will then have an opportunity to buy the winning shirt.

Tips:

• Tall graphics, or square oriented graphics fit better on shirts, than wide graphics.
• Designs made for white shirts are cheaper than designs for color shirts.
• Fewer colors make cheaper tshirts.
• Silhouettes look great on tshirts, as do thicker fonts.
• I will disqualify anything that is more than 4 colors,  is inappropriate, or a replica of a design found online.
• You can't have the word CRAP, unless you spell out the acronym Contrast, Repetition, Alignment, Proximity
• MUST BE VECTOR
• No Gradients

Make a new folder called 09 - Tshirt Contest
Upload each shirt as a jpeg and illustrator file
No description needed
Give each file a unique name that would describe what it is (Ex: Get On My Bevel RED.jpeg)
