(Graphic Design) Intro to Typography pt 1 (April 29, 2014)

We will vote on T-Shirts tomorrow.

1. Go into your design folder and create a folder titled: 10 - Typography

2. Read this article: Five Principles for Choosing and Using Typefaces

3. Create a document in your file titled: Five Principals Notes
Summarize the article (in your own words), a half a page is sufficient - or longer if using bullet points.

4. In illustrator, make a 3 word design. Title the file 3 Word Design. Try to use three different families' of fonts and at least 2 different colors. Your design could be a phrase, a name, a list of adjectives, etc. Upload your 3 Word Design into the Typography folder.
