(Computer Applications) Pixlr vs Photoshop (May 12, 2014)

Most expensive programs have free or cheap alternatives. Sometimes the results of the cheaper product are subpar, and sometimes they're close enough to justify saying no to the expensive alternative.

One such alternative to Photoshop is Pixlr.

Assignment: Try editing two photos of your choice in photoshop, and try doing the same effects in pixlr.

In folder 6.5, Make a google doc called: LASTNAME Pixlr Comparison

Answer the following questions in that document, as well as inserting some examples of photos  you've edited (at least 2 pictoral comparisons, save as jpegs, then insert the pictures).

1. Which was easier to navigate? Why?
2. Which produced better results when trying the same tool? Explain.
3. For whom do you think this product would be satisfactory for? Why?
