Let's just say, my weekend was filled with strange events, only an hour of which encompassed reading a book (The Race Myth) and another 45 minutes reading my new magazine subscription (Wired). The former tries to portray race as a social construct and the latter is a magazine devoted to technology, design, commerce, and overall awesomeness.
Other random notes from my weekend:
Hitatchi camcorders are frustrating
...so are B team girls b-ball parties
Serving communion was much more peaceful than I would have imagined.
Electric snow-throwers aren't so bad.
Children's musical tribute plays to the sixties SHOULD ACTUALLY CONTAIN SONGS FROM THE SIXTIES. Is that so much to ask?
I'm also subscribed to a million new podcasts. More on this later...
