If It's the Beaches (Avett Brothers) - A Great Love Song

In the last week, I read the first story in Music Through the Floor: Stories by Eric Puchner. It was a story that followed a social worker as he followed around his two disabled friends.

I'm also reading a book about Feminism by a WELS pastor Nathan Pope. It's teaching me the history of femenism as told by a male WELS pastor.

The most interesting chapter so far talks about the beuaty God created in marriage in the garden of eden. After the fall into sin, that gift was tarnished. We don't live up to what he completely intended with marriage.

This song by my favorite band (The Avett Brothers) reminds me of the type of love that a man should have for his wife.
