Week 7: Twist

I didn't read a whole lot this week with the wrestling tournament and other responsibilities. So I'll keep this brief.

The Night Train: A Novel is set in the 70's and is about two young kids, one black, one white, who form a friendship around music, and get shunned by some people of the community.

If I had to add a plot twist, I'd set the book in the 2010s so people reading the book don't see racism as only a problem of the past. It'll still probably pull off a nice message, but like I said, I didn't make it too far.
