(Computer Applications) Mouse Challenge 2 (February 4, 2013)

1. Log-in
2. Open Chrome
3. Go to Google
4. Type: Define: (Any word over 5 letters long)
5. Snap that window to the side
6. Open a word document (Snap that window to the other side)
7. Type that definition into the document.
9. Go back to Chrome
10. Open a new tab
11. Repeat steps 3-4
12. Type the new definition into your word document
13. Repeat steps 9-11
14. You should now have three definitions in your word document.
15. Select all of the text in your word document
16. Use the Alt key, and new buttons that appear above, to make all of the text a new font
17. Save as (In your computer applications folder...LASTNAME All 1 Font)
18. Using curser and arrows, navigate to the end of the second definition
19. Using your curser arrows and shift key, select the top two definitions, and change their font.
20. Save as (In your computer applications folder...LASTNAME 2 Different Fonts)
21. Select the top definition, and make it a 3rd and different font.
22. Make it bold and in italics too
23. Save as...(In your documents...LASTNAME 3 Different Fonts)
24. Copy all the definitons, copy them, move your curser to the bottom, and paste the three new definitions under the first 3. Change the fonts to the last three definitions. You should now have 6 different combinations of fonts.
25. Save as...(In your documents...LASTNAME 6 Different Fonts)
26. Open a brand new document
27. Type: A Joke for Mr. Strusz by _____________
28. Bold it, center it
29. Type the joke (Centered, but not in bold)
30. Change the font of the joke to something different
31. Print it (to the lab 1 printer )
32. Walk it to Mr. Strusz
33. Close all open windows
34. Dont save the joke

35. Plug your mouse back in, go to the folder where you saved the files
36. Upload Folder
37. Select all 4 files (One, Two, Three, and Six Font) at once, and upload them. (CONTROL or SHIFT CLICK) Make Sure Mr. Strusz is watching for this last step (Raise your hand).
