Click: Create > Form

Name it: LASTNAME (Topic)

Make a survey that your classmates will take at a future date. The survey should be on one topic, and something your classmates could answer.

Make a 12 question survey that uses almost every type of question, also make some subsection headings. Make sure a few of your questions have yes/no or number answers.
